Excellent productsI have always had my hair colored at a salon but my stylist became very ill and it became way past time to color my roots. When I saw the esalon add I decided to take a chance and color it myself. The color is a perfect match for me. My hair feels very soft, it has a beautiful shine and it's just perfect. I couldn't be happier. And a great bonus is doing it with your adult daughter and having a fun mother/daughter evening. I see many more of these in our future. You Won't Regret ItOver the years I've tried everything to get that "perfect" color. Salons professionals galore, boxed kits, tweaking my own color from beauty supply companies. You name it. My color has always been "almost, but not quite" or "not even in the ball park" of what I want. Not this time. E-Salon NAILED it. I have a rich, auburn color that looks beautiful and natural. No one who doesn't know me thinks its colored. Right out of the box, it was exactly what I wanted. The process was a breeze, ordering and tweaking the color was painless. And I know if I hadn't been happy with my results, they would have fixed it for me. I have recommend e-salon to everyone I know. My partner and my sister in law will be purchasing it for their next color sessions. If you are hesitating at all, just try it. You won't be disappointed. A little dark, needed time to try it twice,I liked the kit and all the supplies included, this helped as I did not need to buy more items. The specifically mixed color ended up being too dark for my preference, but its a chance to go a little opposite and darker brown. I did not use it correctly the first time. I have used it twice now and the instructions are a little different from other hair color brands. I did it better the 2nd time. Everything Was Awesome But the ColorI am so bummed I don't like the color - I really loved everything else about the kit that I received. So nice to have everything at my fingertips - including the gel and the wipe to help prevent/deal with staining, the directions were simple, everything was so quality. I even love the shine of the color, it's so lovely, but I just don't like the color itself. It doesn't seem to have tonality to me - it's a flat brown and I expected a more vibrant color - especially when it shines so wonderfully. Don't get me wrong, the color is fine and I'm fine with keeping it until the next time I have to dye my hair, but it's really just fine and I'm not excited about it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color, greater help!Didn’t love original color and asked to modify. Second batch was closer and with some more feedback was able to nail my custom color! eSalon rocks! I had a minor problem with some packaging and they gave me a total order credit on my next shipment. Super responsive to emails, absolutely love it!
