Easy to follow instructions, beautiful color results! Also I have an allergy to developers.This products selection of developer is the same level my stylist was using. Highly recommend!

First, let's talk about the box it comes in. It's cute and friendly with little messages over the products. The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out great. My hair also didn't feel dry after coloring which is a huge change from the drugstore haircolor box I used to use. Also, the personal stylist is so helpful and informative. They answer all your questions and make sure you get what you want as far as color. This is a must have product for me.

Custom color - Toner

Color was great match & lasted longer than expected. However the TONER which I used 2 weeks after the color turned my hair nearly BLACK!!! I will NOT be using the second set received & would like to return the toner for a refund. It was just awful... I followed the directions to a T ... everyone is commenting on how DARK my hair is now.... UGH!
