Impeccable!Presentation is myth e.g., the box with instructions, and the neat idea to provide an adhesive circle to tape the instructions to the mirror for quick reference... Brilliant. But the proof is in the pudding -- if you will. Honestly, I don't think I will need to pay a colorist to mix and color my hair! I ordered it and colored my hair myself -- because I had to during the pandemic. eSalon has been a silver lining. What a gift, what a vain lifesaver, what an affirmation. PleasedOverall I am pleased with how my hair turned out considering I have never colored my own hair. The back is little more difficult to do, but luckily I don't have as much gray back there. Even color, super soft hair!After coloring with e-salon my hair felt so soft, better than before color. I've always used store box hair color and hair has never felt this good. I used 2 step root, then ends. The coverage is very nice. The only small complaint I have is that I felt the Strawberry blonde color was a little to orange. Loving my hairI have always colored my hair, when I was younger & single, I would pay a fortune at a salon, for coloring my hair.. three kids later, & divorced, I have been coloring my hair at home.. I have never stuck to any drugstore hair color, I'm sure, I've used them all.. I usually pick, the one on sale, or if I have a coupon, never finding one I love, but as long as it covers my grey, & my roots, at this point in my life, that's all that matters to me.. fast forward to March 2020, I actually have more time on my hands, being stuck at home, with my three kids.. I googled hair color, and read up on a few, I finally decided on Esalon, I'm so happy I did.. I'm loving my color, so much.. I honestly have never loved my hair, since I've been doing it myself.. I highly recommend Esalon, I can't tell you how happy I am, with the color..I even bought the hair shine silk, it's a great product.. Worked out great!Took a chance to color not just my gray roots coming in, but the rest of my hair which had balayage highlights from last year. I have medium to darker brown hair with caramel highlights that had grown out. I had been doing my own roots with boxed dye for months but the color is never consistent. My goal was to get my whole head the same color, and the kit they sent me worked out great! They sent two separate bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the previously colored part. Loving the ashy medium brown, it's just the shade I was going for and very close to my natural color!
