Didn't get it right twiceI hadn't colored my hair for a long time and decided I wanted to make my medium brown hair and bit more vibrant. I was hoping it would have golden tones and indicated that. After my first coloring my hair seemed more auburn than golden and I was disappointed. eSalon apologized and said they would send me a corrected color free of charge. I just spent my night applying that color and instead of toning down the red it seems only to have enhanced it! I think I've had better luck using a box! Amazing!I have been coloring my hair for years to cover my gray (brunette). I had to hit the salon every 4 weeks spending $125+. eSalon provides amazing color and coverage that I can do every 3 weeks to reduce my visits to the salon. My stylist is even amazed and supportive. Love The Subtle HighlightsCan't say enough about the colorists patience with helping me find my perfect color. They are awesome! The color itself is outstanding, covers grey well, and lasts well. No drastic fading in-between colors. Was a staunch supporter of Olia because of the way the color made my hair feel so silky, but the color did not last, faded fast.
