Disappointed overall.Seemed good quality products - which did not irritate my scalp. Unfortunately, the root & ends colour were too different. No 1 bottle:- too bland/flat & paler & did not fully cover my roots (Although that could possibly have been the friend not applying it correctly). No 2 bottle:- too much Mahogany colour coming through. Requesting resolution advice from eSalon. Absolutely the best colour I've ever had in 30 years of colouring my hair :-)In 30+ years of colouring my hair, I've never had as many compliments as I have since using this - even when it's been done at the hairdressers! Great ColorI love my custom color. I can't explain it but its not "too black". Sometimes black dyes just make my face look washed out --the color is too harsh and flat. This blend has some reddish hues to it that gives a nice balance in the black color and more dimension in the color.
