Awful and impossible to wash outThe process of dying the hair was OK but trying to wash it out was pretty much impossible, it left my hair tangled and made it feel like I had oatmeal mixed with glue in my hair for weeks, it looked horribly oily and unwashed no matter what shampoo I tried or how much I shampooed it. Anyone who touched my hair commented on how weird it felt for about two weeks after I used this product. I may have just got a bad one but my usual store bought box worked better, makes my hair feel better and leaves a better result. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Exactly what I want WHEN I wantThis concept is amazing. Not only I had the advise of a specialist to get the exact color I wanted (with a far better quality than products found in supermarkets), but I could color my hair when I had time, which means I hadn't to shuffle around my busy agenda to find 2 hours to get a decent color for a crazy price. Best colour. Ever!Best colour I've ever had on my hair. I'm a natural redhead but as I've got older I feel I need to add that bit extra.
