It was like having a salon at my fingertipsI started purchasing my hair color from Esalon right when the company started and knowing i had someone an email away to answer my questions gave me more confidence in coloring my own hair I have always done my own color because I couldn't afford to go to a salon so that's made all the difference in the world having salon colors that I can do myself and being able to alter my color as many times as i wanted to make sure i had the color or changes that i wanted was amazing i love the color and the company. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Rich, Deep colorI recently purchased a coloring kit, and was pleasently surprised and how good the color was. I only needed one box when normally I have to buy 2 boxes because I have long, thick hair. I'm very interested in buying your product again, but I was promised a couple of free items that I didn't receive. Great colour and serviceI was unsure about using ecolour, having always used the same brand of box colour but the idea of it being delivered to my door at regular timescwas appealling. I have been really pleased with the quality of the product, the colour of my hair and the service. My hairdresser has even commented on the colour of my hair!! I would like to suggest that ecolour review the amount of plastic used when packaging the kits though. I am sure it is not all needed. I would be happy to receive it all loose in a smaller box and perhaps be able to return the bottles for refilling? Very pleased with my choice to use ecolour! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. HappyI received so many compliments on my hair color, gave me such a boost of confidence. Application and instructions were very simple and easy. Box and products nicely labeled and felt very personalized. The dye did not leave my hair feeling dry or over processed, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair very soft. This is amazing!!Remarkably easy to use, even when going solo! Easy to follow instructions and left my hair looking and feeling great.
