Just what I needed.I don't usually have the time or money to always go to the salon to get my hair done. I also don't trust store bought box hair color. So easyColor, developer, gloves, stain remover. Boom. I happened to have a brush and bowl already at home and now I feel like a pro. Kind of. AMAZING!I was very comfortable with product and the color was perfect, even better that expected. I was really worried how the color would last in my hair. From earlier experienses the color had always faded in few days. But that was not the case with this! Days after dying my hair I asked from my partner if the color had faded and he thought I was just too worried. But ended up to be shocked with me for weeks after for this color not be fading at all. Wrong orderYou sent me something i did not order and i emailed you twice about sending it back at your cost and sending me the color mix i always get with no response from you at all. All i did was restart my plan the last time you sent the order and it was something i never ordered before. I told you if i did not get a response from you i would be done ordering from you. in three weeks i heard nothing so i am done with you do not send me any more emails because i am unsubscribing. Not DIY at allI had to canceled my subscription after the first try because it was so difficult to do it myself and it damaged my hair. I followed the video instructions and it still turned out horrible. A lot of my hair fell off that I had to rinse it after five minutes. Don't know if the chemicals were to strong or I took to long doing the roots. I always use ammonia free products to do my hair since my hair is too delicate. If you have the soft, thin, and shiny baby hair definitely recommend you don't try this. I cried when I noticed big chunk of hair came off in three different spots not to mention that now my hair is dry and lost it's shine and volume, it worked for my sister but not for me : ( 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
