Love esalon!!!Having a real person to customize my hair color put me at ease! I love the little extras you get with your order! You can choose to tweak your color at any time. Easy to do, but may need changes for next timeThis was easy to do, and relatively quick and thorough. The instructions were great. I would recommend setting up everything ahead of time so you don't try to open bottles with gloves on. I definitely need multiple stain remover packets because the color got everywhere in my bathroom quickly and I didn't have enough cloths to clean my face after. Also, I thought the color was good, but maybe a bit too intense on the mahogany than I wanted.
