Didn't turn out like advertisedI used both bottles and the color was not as pictured and I followed directions to the "T". I even left the color on a little longer than it said. Now my hair is unbelievably dry and brittle and I can barely get a brush through it. 10 more minutes isn't going to ruin it like that. Nice presentation but not the results I wantedGood price, presentation etc. however my hair was 2 colors (dark brown from the top but lighter about halfway down) because I dyed it previously and left the roots to grow out for ages. Anyway, I wanted my hair to be dark brown and I added pics/explanation that I wanted my hair to be one color all over. Amazing salon results 5 ⭐️Very sceptical after a friend recommended, went online followed the vey easy process to get the right colour, sent a picture, arrived a few days later, opened and followed instructions to the letter, what took a hairdresser 5 hours to do, in just over an hour salon results. I have very thick hair and very long so as it’s my first time I took my time when the 35 minutes was up I looked in the mirror thought that hasn’t worked but continued with the final steps so pleased I did all I can say is wow, the colour the shine, the softness absolutely blown away no more 5 hours for me, Esalon for means no more juggling appointments, no more weeks with roots.
