First time user. Very happyI was hesitant about it but my hairstylist moved so I had to do something and my wife got me this as a trial substitute and I must say they really did a great job on the color and the application was very easy. Excellent customer service too, the colorist was there for any question. The only thing I would recommend to the eSalon team is the shipping, this box went from El Segundo to Carson! to Los Angeles! Great coverage and colorAfter many years of salon color and highlights. This year I had at least 6 inches of gray showing due to the Pandemic. I was going to let it just grow out but I got bored. I had used Esalon for many years before getting highlights and loved it. So I went back and I went darker. It covered all my very stubborn grays and my years of highlights.
