Beautiful colorI loved it but I ordered to dark a color and had put my orders on hold until I can strip the color from my hair first to go back to a lighter color. Fully intend resume at that point. Awesome products!The color turned out great! I will however, need to leave my color on my roots a bit longer than recommended. I am gray. When it was time to rinse out the color before washing, the color rinsed out easily. And there was no left over color smell. The shampoo and conditioner fragrance is great! Perfect matchI had chosen a target color and received an email later that same day from my color care team letting me know they felt the color I had chosen would be too dark. Everything about this system is great!My color is perfect. It is exactly what I wanted and looks like I spent $100+ on it at a salon. It was the perfect shade and saved me loads of time and money. The shampoo and conditioner included were so good I am buying some for regular use.
