Take me off your mailing list!I never want to see an e-mail from eSalon again. You sent product without an order. You made unauthorized charges to my visa and I was charged for shipping to return product and was not credited shipping on your end costing me $12 and the hassle of driving to the post office. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Not for me at allThis product was a complete waist of my time. Absolutely no color change to my hair at all. I get better results from the 4 dollar bottles at my local drug store. Also not enough product for my length and definitely no where near enough shampoo or conditioner . Custom hair colorLike the color it last longer then other color I have used, especially my gray hair with other one have to color my hair before 3 weeks with custom color it being 5 weeks and my color still the same and soft and shine I do recommend them. Darkest chocolate brownI did like this color. I was not used to the amount of time and preparation that went into a custom color set. It was my first time and seemed to take a while. Brown..CopperI love the color...it looked great for a week but now the color has dulled and my highlights are showing from before. That's not exactly a bad thing...
