Film covering my hairIt took about 30-45 minutes to wash this out of my hair. After I was done, my hair felt crunchy towards the ends and very greasy (like a film) all over the rest of my head. I have washed my hair 4 times in the last 24 hours to make my hair feel like normal hair. I finally fixed it with DAWN DISHSOAP! Every other shampoo did nothing. After all of this, my hair is the exact same color! I followed directions and followed the How to videos. Love the colorYou have been able to give me the color I've been looking for so long. No other salon has been able to get close to this color.
