Amazing resultsNot everything you read online is true. This can't be said of esalon. Comes in a lovely personalised box. The contents is personalised to 'just me'. Not sureI found it quite a bit more work than off the self dyes. Once you've put on the first bottle of dye and waited 15mins you then put on the second bottle for 10mins. There was a lot of stuff on my hair! When it came to washing it off, I did it with my head in the bath, the chemical small was really strong. Having said all that, the end result was good coverage and my hair was very soft although a bit redder than I was expecting. As it was such a good offer, £10, I'm happy but not sure if I'd want to pay the full price, £25.95. Will see how long it takes to fade and go from there. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Second time was perfectMy first color was more brown than red. But I worked with my colorist, and she nailed it the 2nd time. I love the color. I know red is a difficult color to match and keep. I do have a lot of grays but not yet salt and pepper. I've been coloring my hair red since 2010, so I'm really not sure about how many grays I do have. So I only can judge by my roots. This product does cover the grays very well.
