Hot rootsI have used hair color at home for years. From boxed dye to professional formulas, and never have I had any issues. I tried eSalon for my usual dark brown haircolor, and am horrified by the results. I followed the directions for root and length application to a T. The result? Hot roots! Not the best gray coverageI love the convenience factor, whereby I receive a shipment based upon a schedule of my choosing. The color match is great! Where I feel this product falls short, is in covering up all my gray. The first box I received have some additional pre-treatment product, which seems to do an amazing job.
