Absolute game changerAfter spending a fortune in the salon for great results but £££, I thought I would try box dyes for a while and save some pennies but the results were so unpredictable. For example dyes that were supposed to be dark blonde but ended up almost black on my semi-porous hair, red dye that was a wash out after a few weeks and don't get me started on the one box dye that stuck to my bathroom, pillows, towels - anything but my actual hair! eSalon is an absolute game changer, my hair has never looked this good, the condition is the best its ever been and I get sooooo many comments about my hair. Soft and shinyEverything you need in this nicely presented box. As well, your hair feels great after this easy application. Only negative - I had to leave the colour on double the time to get the saturation needed to cover greys. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Why didn’t I try this sooner?I’ve been dying my hair for most of my life! Usually getting supplies from Sally’s. (I’m 35 & started having grays at like 17 🤣 No Bullshit & no I’m not getting paid for this- after the first color my hair still felt light, it didnt feel all gunky… like it’d be better in a few washes…. I LOVE my new color!I still have to get used to the texture compared to box color from the store, but it did not tingle or bother me at all. The color is perfect for what I was looking for. eSalon wowed meI ordered eSalon color at the advice of a friend. She told me they custom fit your color to your needs, even if those needs change. My first box arrived and it was too light (didn't cover my roots) so I reached out to eSalon for help. They had me send them a photo of my hair at the present moment and sent me a new kit for free This one knocked it out of the park. Be patientWhen I first put the color on and waited the 30 minutes I was panicked because the dye was jet black. To my very pleasant surprise it didn't come out black,but reddish brown, which is my natural hair color.. I didn't do the best job coloring it myself but next time I'll have a friend help.
