Loved the colorI requested a brown color that would tone down the brassy color. The formula worked beautifully. The directions were user friendly. I loved that I could shampoo my hair. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!I used to buy grocery store brand hair color to cover my grays because it was both convenient and inexpensive. It certainly did the job but the color never lasted very long. I also became aware that it was damaging my hair.... that last part could be due to user error, but we'll never know since I won't ever again use store bought hair color! Once I tried eSalon, I was amazed with everything! The instructions, the ease of use, the items provided in the kit, all of it. But mostly I am so pleased and impressed with how long the color touch up has lasted! The cost is about 3 times more than what I was paying to color my own hair, but it is money very well spent! A Crown JewelThe price turned me off just a bit initially but then I thought, I would spend thrice that amount in a salon. So I splurged on myself and have zero regrets. The color was spot on and my hair felt like it was resurrected from the dread. I was just looking for a gray touch up instead I got the spa treatment. My hair never felt so soft! SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that.
