No real colorist. just hypeDidn't review my photos or adjust my order...long story. Rip off. Now I spent $200 bucks on salon. And, yes, I did a strand test. But, my porous hair (in my original comments--) sucked it down in different places. There was ash in the color--I said I wanted to avoid ash...Green, black, dry and brittle hair. Get a box color.
