Customer ServiceSo I am a natural blonde level 9, the color I used to wasn't exactly what I was looking for however still a nice color. BUT when I called customer service I don't remember her name (Dang it!) but she was fabulous we ended up changing what I'll get in the future did it free of charge and explained hair language to me without making me feel stupid. FantasticI was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to use. Color was dead on! My hair felt so good. I had been watching the reviews for months and finally decided to take a chance. Wonderful product, disappointing deliveryI have been so impressed with my custom color set! It covers my grays and leaves my hair silky and smooth. I wish eSalon would use a different shipment carrier. Delivery takes from 7-14 days or longer. Thinking of changing because of long delays .
