Great Product!This was an amazing product but I was not very happy with my color. I am naturally dark blonde and like to do a natural blonde (lighter) and when I submitted my picture showing where my grey was the colorist emailed me back saying that the natural was going to be to light and that they had come up with a better color based on my picture. I figured that they "knew" best but I really should have trusted my instinct and went with my first color. I am now 1. Happy with the beautiful coverage it gave me but 2. disappointed in the color as I am now back at my natural color of hair. For many it is not a very big deal but I like my hair to be a lighter tone of blonde then darker. I would recommend this product to my family and friends as I regularly get asked about my hair. Great Gray CoverageThis is the best gray coverage I have every seen. However, while the color looks great for about 2 weeks, week 3 it lifts to an ugly redish brown. My roots are the exact color that has been mixed for me, and I don't need to color every 3-4 weeks. The lift, or wash out, of color is just as bad as other store bought color. Kit is poorly put togetherI usually have no problems with my eSalon kits. This time, it was obviously not quality checked. There were two conditioners instead of shampoo and the lid of the color container is so tight I cannot get it off. I spent 10 minutes trying to unscrew it and finally gave up.
