First order and the colour spilled all over the boxI haven't applied the colour yet, but my first order arrived today and I was a little disappointed. The bottle with the Step 2 colour leaked and made a complete mess of the entire box :( So, I actually have to rectify my previous review - a new box arrived promptly (and intact), thank you very much for that! Yesterday I applied the colour for the first time and the result is amazing! The shine is stunning and I am very much looking forward to the hair care products I ordered immediately afterwards. Absolutely perfectI have tried many products over the years to get a rich chestnut color to my mousy, and now very gray, brunette shade. They are either too burgundy or too coppery red. Even salons have not been able to get it just right for a lot of money. So much frustration - until esalon. I received my well packaged product. It was easy to use and the color is fabulous. I don't recommend.I received the product and I was so excited to use it. The packaging was cute However the finishing results weren't as cute.. I wanted an ashy brown and ended up with a brown. Didn't listen to my feedbackI let my colorist know that my gray wasn't being covered well to blend with the rest of my hair. Nothing about the process was changed, just a bottle of color for the ends was sent. This definitely did not solve the problem of my gray being lighter than the rest of my hair.
