Reliable and easy to use.In the past, I went to salons for high lights, low lights, etc. Now that I am retired, I no longer feel the need to have super hair! I decided to let it grow out gray but it turned out to be an ugly gray/blond that was dull and unattractive. Now that I use e-salon, they take care of sending the correct color when I need it. So much better than going to the store and trying to remember what I used before and was I satisfied. I am always satisfied with the results and feel this is a great service for me in my current situation. It never looks like a DIY hair job. Wonderful hair colorI was very pleased with overall experience. The hair colorist kept super close email contact with me when she was personalizing my color. The shipment came very quickly after we finalize customizing it. The color turned out matched exactly my previous color! My only disappointment was that gray didn't cover as good as I was hoping for. I think it could have been better have I kept it on a little longer, but I was following instructions exactly. Much better than store bought product though. I would recomend it to everybody. Excellent natural looking colourI've been using this for over a year now. It's easy to use and always leaves my hair soft and shiny and in good condition. The colour always looks natural. Worth every penny!I'm a bargain hunter and use to use coupons at the drug store for hair color. Then I tried eSalon. I never have gotten more compliments on my hair and the color since switching. They worked with me to get the color I wanted. My hair looks healthy and natural with the gray covered up. When the personalized package arrives, I feel I am getting a present.
