Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself! Amazing!I cannot believe what a great match this is for my hair. It’s everything I asked for and so convenient. My hair colour was discontinued after six years of using it and I was panicking about how I would get my roots done without dying all of my hair. I have brought many different colours from the shop to try it and none of them were right, I didn’t have worried because Esalon corrected my suggested colour and gave me a perfect match.!
