What TrashI am not an idiot and nor are others permanent means permanent, it must not wash out tones every time you wash your hair be it every other day and your good towels get stained throughout the 4 weeks. Best to stay with the box than this rubbish that they market as so brilliant. Plus shampoo does not even bubble like normal shampoo and the conditioner well it doesn't do much either, your own does fantastically. I have left eSalon as it is not fit for high class people let alone anyone else, and I will see if they have compensated me in my next statement as these people are nasty just after your money and do not care what you want for your hair, as you are entitled to have any shade but want to force their option upon you as my hair is not black but deepest brown. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Custom Color SetThe color covered all the gray. It was a little darker than I would have preferred, overall I am happy with the results. There was a little more ammonia smell than I like. Good coverageIm not happy with my color still and it's been an adjustment trying to get the color I requested. My color is darker than what my original color was, which I don't like!. However, esalon was willing to send me two free shipments of color to accommodate the color change...even though the color is still wrong! Way darker. I do appreciate that at least. I also like that esalon color does cover my grey hair longer and better than store bought brand lorel I used before esalon. I will continue to try esalon for that main reason and hopefully they can get the color correct. I do feel since the 100% satisfaction guarantee is stated, I had hoped they would honor that and they don't!. Vibrant and rich colour, love it!Initially I thought the colour was too 'bright & too red' but I was wrong! My hair looks healthy and shiny, it doesn't feel dry as it has in the past when using other colour products.
