Too dark for meMy former color, which was supposed to be Dark Blonde, made my dark BROWN, not dark blonde. I hope I am going to like the color I requested. Terrible Hair Loss!!!Dear eSalon, I have used your product for several months now. At first it was great I liked the color and the gray coverage. Overtime I began to see increasing hair loss and a terrible waxy texture on my hair. I used it for a few more months to see if it was actually the hair care product that was causing me these problems. And it definitely was my hair loss now, I can see my scalp, After a lifetime of very thick hair. I am very disappointed upset and I will not be using this anymore. I’m aware that it may work for some people but I’ve read a lot of reviews that customers that have had the same experience as I did. Please take me off of your list and end my account I do not want to hear from you again! I am aware that this product may work well on other people but has done me damage.
