Love itI wasn't sure it would be the color I wanted. It was on sale for $10.00 so I thought why not give it a try. If it wasn't what I wanted no big deal. $10.00 wasn't that much. I was skeptical, how can they get the color I want from the few questions asked? I was surprised and amazed it's just what I wanted. I have been trying to find a hair dye that would give me the color, or close to, the color I had when I was younger. I will never go back to any other product. I am in love with it. I like it a lotI like that there is more color mixture so there's plenty to do even a long hair style. It covered my gray very well. I'm waiting to see how it lasts. I wish there were a shower cap in the package to cover your hair while processing. They include an application brush and I don't see the point in that. If someone wants that they would have a bowl and brush. didn't workWhile I love the idea of customisation of colour and the colourist was really nice, I tried twice and both times the colour turned to orange on my hair, although I had mentioned that this usually happens with dies. The texture of the die is gel-like and incredibly difficult to wash out, and my hair looked very dry after the colouring, when with other brands the conditioner makes it look glossy. Better than ANY salon I’ve usedThe color immediately following process is natural looking, hair is super soft with no greys peeking through. It even smells lovely. I can’t remember ever getting a color that didn’t need a few days to calm down from looking right out of a bottle (either brassy or too dark). eSalon thought of everything...stain prevention products are a delight (& I used both), 2 pairs of gloves, plus a wonderful finishing shampoo & conditioner included. From start to finish the process couldn’t have been easier. I am super pleased! Update: 1 month later...still loving the product! The color has stayed true (an exact match for the 5 yr old photo I uploaded) and not a hint of grey showing through. I did start using a non-sulfate shampoo for colored hair (not eSalons, just an inexpensive drug store brand) but the color hasn’t faded and my stubborn wirey greys are still disguised and tamed like normal hair. So happyI am so glad that I found this company.The color is so great and my husband just loved it.When I'm outside it just shines and looks so natural. Excellent product for the color you Want!Have been using E-Salon for a few years now and I'm very impressed with the results...if I want to go more intense color -they can make it Your Way! Seems less stress on your hair and lasts quite awhile-I have chosen red..have had many compliments and tell everyone to use E-salon online..Great product and less stress on your locks!
