Fabulous!!I followed the directions, and just did the roots and the emulsion, and I am thrilled with the results. My hair lightens a lot in the summer months from, I assume, the water from swimming, and then, after a few weeks of not swimming, I have darker roots with a few gray strands. In the fall/winer months, I do choose to lighten my roots, however lately, I haven't been wanting my roots as light as the rest of my hair. I want them to blend, and be a little darker, so I do not have to color as much. My results from my 1st use are PERFECT!!! I am hooked. Thank you!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. DisappointedI have been a member since 2014. The last time I colored my hair it had this nasty feel to it! I had to wash my hair 3 times with my shampoo and that was after using their shampoo! Order cancelled due lack of professional support.Sadly, I cancelled my last order after speaking with Hannah regarding my concerns. My concerns were that I had three, YES, 3! distinct colors of hair on my head. This, after following the e-Salon instructions for covering & correcting my unfortunate "HOT ROOTS". The instructed cover-up/repair was not successful. I ended up with very dark ends, still blazing orange roots, and new growth gray roots. HANNAH spoke to me on the telephone. I called looking for advice and helpful direction. Hannah was very sarcastic, condescending and hostile. She encouraged me to accept a full refund as a resolution. It was extremely obvious she wanted to dismiss my issues and dismiss me personally. This person is NOT an asset to your business. Hannah is especially not equipped to deal with client issues. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my relationship with e-Salon. I expected better and I certainly deserved better! Good IdeaSeems like it would be a great idea to be able to get your hair dye in the mail without having to remember to buy it at the grocery store. The product unfortunately, didn't work for me. Tried it three times and within one weeks I would have to do root touch up kits. Not enough colorI will start by saying that because I have long thick hair I was suppose to receive two bottles of color. I only received one.
