Been using for yearsI enjoy the convenience. I use for gray coverage. I still get stains but they fade within a day or 2. Even using the stain guard. The color can feel kind of like paint at times. That might be my fault for leaving it in too long. The colorists are helpful. Adjusting the darkness to my needs. Good product. Disappointed 😔We moved to a new area and I need color every 4 weeks and am hesitant about stylists that I don’t know. I figured I give this a try. I received my first box two days ago and was very excited. Yesterday I took a deep breath and said here goes nothing. Before ordering I told my “colorist” my exact products and colors my salon used and toners because I have highlights. I followed the directions precisely. I was worried because I have such dark hair bright white roots that the color provided wouldn’t do the trick, alas, I was right. I now have hot roots, my roots are lighter and a stark contrast to what color my hair is. It DOES NOT cover gray/white completely at all!!! Secondly, my husband was more scared with the amount of hair that fell out on to my shower floor a bit smaller than a tennis ball. It’s done I can’t go back. I need to fix it but am afraid that I will loose even more hair. Please be careful. In my sales profession, my appearance is the first thing that customers see and judge.
