Great Hair Colour, great product!I have used hair dye from shops for years so was curious to try this and didn't have high expectations. I have been very pleasantly surprised, the coverage was great, the colour is beautiful and its now 3 wks since I applied it and its still looking great. Love the ColorI do like the color. I really want to continue but right now I am in the process of having surgery. I have already had 2 major surgeries and Tuesday the 16th I have another major surgery coming up. I have had high pressure in both eyes and the medicine has stopped working. I have to have a two hour surgery to put a stint in my eyes. Both eyes. One at a time. I will get back to you guys when it is all over and ready to continue with my coloring. Great colorI finally used my color kit yesterday and love the color that was made for me. Just enough red to not be brown. The only problem I had was the chemical smell. I have very long hair and my roots had grown out about 3 to 6 inches, depending on the section, so it took me a little longer to get the dye applied to the roots. I won't wait such a long time between dyes again so the roots won't be so long. I plan to go a little lighter every 5th or 6th dye as I am getting more grey and want to go grey without a great shock. Extremely happy!This company is top notch! From the beginning of filling out their questionnaire and letting them know what you want, they really listen. I ordered a color and esalon contacted me because they said based on what I said I wanted, the color I picked was too dark for my complexion. They were happy to make it for me but wanted to see if I wanted to change the color since I really didn't know what I wanted. I put my trust in their hands and felt good about it. When I received my order I was so impressed! Everything was personalized with my name and my color creation. I just colored my hair 2 nights ago. It was nice that after rinsing everything out and using the shampoo and conditioner packets they included, I didn't have the usual smell like I just got done coloring my hair that I get from the normal box colors. After I dried my hair and styled it, it feels so nice and looks shiny and healthy. I'm very impressed with this company and the quality and care they put into their products and their customers! I'm excited to try some of their other products too! I'll give my honest reviews on anything I try.
