Color not what I expectedI ordered a dark brown, natural golden color. It was all dark, with no golden at all. I followed the directions, but the color has no life to it. Outstanding!!For the FIRST time that I can remember, I don't dread coloring my hair! The hair coloring kit is amazing. All the necessary tools and instructions are included. My conversations with the professionals at eSalon via email and phone have been extremely positive and very helpful. The Colorists answered all of my questions with confidence and it was clear to me that these colorists are well educated and know their business. After discussing my hair color goals with an eSalon professional, I am confident my ultimate hair color is easily within reach. Along with my next shipment of hair color I will be receiving the light kit. After seeing the results from applying my own hair color, I see no reason why I can't apply highlights as well!! I recommend watching any relevant "how to" videos that are available. Watching the video on how to apply the light kit highlights was what made me want to order the light kit! I am impressed with the overall pricing of the products. The introductory pricing for other products besides the basic hair color kit is fantastic. It gives you that incentive to add another "layer" to your hair care/color regimen making the experience even more individualized. Now I actually look forward to seeing my gray roots! Much better!!!I'm really happy with the color. I was red for years and wanted to go back to my natural brown, only to discover more gray than I ever thought I'd expect. After my haircut next week, I'm so looking forward to highlighting it. It's short so it shouldn't be a huge project! But the brown I got is great. My first time was just too dark, but it's great now! Wonderful colourWonderful product. It was so easy to use even as a novice I achieved a beautiful colour. The instruction were really detailed and led me step by step. I bought the accessories for the 1st colour, which I highly recommend, and they are all reusable for my explan. Why did I take so long?Love, love, love the outcome. Always looking for ways to save in my budget and still look great....this is it!
