Read the fine printIf I could put 0 stars I would it is definitely in the fine print that they will charge you monthly or very three months they do not let you cancel your order until it gets shipped to you and you then have to return it and wait ten days for a refund this is the most frustrating customer service I have ever had to deal with. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Still doesn't cover the grey for too long!It did make my hair feel good and soft and the color was perfect but I am only 2 weeks out from doing the color and the greys already showing. Fixed my color!I went to a salon and paid $90 to have my hair colored from blonde to a darker shade. I left with a green tint. I was told that would fade. It didn't. So I purchased a nice Auburn color to contrast against the green. eSalon sent it quickly and the packaging was amazing! The color was great and I am much happier! AmazingMy hair had a green tint to it after using a box color. I found this site and thought I'll give it a try. I picked a color but I had Danille write me and tell me with the green in my hair the color I want won't work. So she custome made me a color and I love it. No more green tint!! My hair is so soft.
