100% gray coverage without damageI must admit I was a little frightened to give up control over the color. I have to say I was frightened for no reason. Everything that I expected I got. The most important thing for me was the gray coverage. My hair was soft and manageable after coloring and I didn't have a gray hair in sight. That is all I can ask for. GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH MY FIRST COLOR. I SENT AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED MORE OF. (IT WAS A CRAZY WEEK THAT WEEK SO I COULD NOT CALL) WELL MS JENNIFER LISTENED TO ALL THAT I SAID AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I AM THRILLED TOTALLY.. THUMBS UP!!!!..
