Did not cover greysI really wanted to like the service for its customizability and ease of use, however after following the directions carefully and specifically focusing on my greys, my grey hairs are still grey. Also even after using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair still smells strongly of ammonia which is an absolute headache and gives me one too. Hair ColorI have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. Afterwards, my hair was soft and I love the color. My sister is a professional cosmotoligist and she gave me the thumbs up to try eSalon!
