Awesome!For the first time in the history of coloring my hair, I didn't look in the mirror wishing for the first shampoo to soften the look. My hair is soft, shiny and smells incredible! Amazing online personalized hair colorI had been getting my hair cut, colored and highlighted professionally for over 50 years. Along the way, I experimented with store bought color with little to no success. Seems I could never get it right and continued to pay ever increasing prices to salons for expert color-care. A friend introduced me to e-salon. I was skeptical. How could online colorists who did not see my actual hair color send me a product to color it? The low price was compelling and my friend’s personal success convinced me to try it out. So I did. I filled out the online questionnaire and sent a photo of my hair and voila. eSalon sent me my personalized color and I’ve been using it ever since. Best home hair dye ever!!!I used to use Sallys but they discontinued my colour. Saw eSalon on Facebook and decided to try. They got my first colour exactly right!! The second package came damaged, and less than two weeks later I had a brand new whole kit for free!! Leider nicht zu empfehlenIch habe jetzt das dritte Mal bestellt und muss sagen ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Trotz angeblicher Änderung fällt die Farbe definitiv nicht so auswie mir erhofft. Color to darkThe color did not work for me. It was to dark. Then I got a perm and that destroyed my hair and pulled all the dark color out . That was a good thing. I would like to get the color I am left with. I will try to send a picture . Please do not send me any automatic refills on anything . I don't need them.
