LOVE the new formulaI love love love the new hair dye formula! It's easier to apply and much easier to wash out. I used to have to wash twice to get it all out but with this new formula it only took one time. I also noticed that it didn't run was much onto my face/neck. Awesome Hair Color Product!I've used their product 4 or 5 times. I love the kit--they don't leave out anything and the quality is top notch. Nun denn...Ich habe mich, bei dem gesamten Bestell-und Lieferverfahren von eSalon sehr zuvorkommend behandelt gefühlt. Man wird stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten und die Fläschchen sind personalisiert/mit dem eigenen Namen versehen. Der Färbevorgang ist denkbar einfach und auch nach der Anwendung fühlen sich die Haare an, wie vom Frisör gefärbt, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Zu meiner 3-Sterne-Bewertung führt mich jedoch das Farbergebnis. Da habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet, denn meine Haare haben leider nicht den erwünschten leuchtenden Kupferton angenommen, sondern mehr einen anderen matten Farbton mit wenig Kupferreflexen. Zwar sind meine Haare nun sehr ebenmäßig gefärbt, aber ein paar mehr Farbpartikel wären mir lieb gewesen. eSalon Totally Saved Me...in more ways than one!A natural born redhead to the mother of a woman / "beautician" who as a single parent in the 50's had a beauty shop in our home! Unfortunately, I lost Mama Harriett when I was in my 30's and way before I had to start coloring my hair! When that day came, (when even my then teenage kids told me I should color my hair!), I picked up a box of Clairol Medium Auburn and that's what I used for years before I became dissatisfied with the drabness of my color after just a few weeks of coloring. I decided it was time for a change and grabbed a box of Clairol Medium Garnet...the results of which I'll spare you the details but guarantee HARRIETT was rolling over in her grave,,, LAUGHING! I was in a huge hurry after I got out of the shower that morning and shocked myself when I looked in the mirror...I tried everything to get the dark stain off my skin on my eyebrows to no avail. I had an appointment with a new client I was following to their home from the hospital and could not be late. I threw on my strategically placed (to cover eyebrows) cool Olive Green Fedora and "owned it"... for two weeks! When I finally had the nerve to go out in public without the Fedora, my son-in-law was the first to ask if that's why I'd been wearing a hat while my daughter scrambled to call a shop to "get me fixed". Quite frankly, my fear was that living on social security, I could not afford $140+ to color my hair each time and told my daughter the only way I would go to a shop was if they agreed to give me the formula. $400 later, they gave me the formula alright but I didn't have a way to purchase the Professional Wella they were using without a license!! Finally, over a year later I learned about and contacted eSalon.
