What Happened???Online approach and maneuvering was easy, although I was a little puzzled during the questionnaire when I was asked my root color to my ends because once I answered my choices for color diminished extremely. That being said, received my color very quickly, which was great, applied according to the instructions enclosed, however, the end result is awful. The color has far too much copper therefore my roots are really light and almost orange in color then the ends turned out dull with a very slight copper undertone. My color WAS "red velvet" so im super bummed that I've turned into a dull carrot. Plus, now IDK what to do because im not sure that if I try to fix it I may overprocess my hair instead. Hair fell out in GLOBS!I am so serious when I say that my hair was falling out by the handfuls! I lost alot of it down the drain and to the floor, but I did take a couple of pictures because I am stunned! I have used 2$ dye and been more pleased. Really disgusted. Fantastic colourI've been colouring my hair for years, since it started to go grey but have never been totally happy with the colour, in salons or at home until now. Beautiful color!My first order came and I was really impressed with the information I recieved on my color and all of the little touches in the box. The color came out absolutely gorgeous and left my hair feeling really nice and healthy. The custom color is actually more true to what I requested than some of my salon experiences!
