I like the color, need stronger gray coverageI've been loving the custom color picked out for me. The only thing is it doesn't really cover my gray hairs. It colors slightly but it's still noticeable. Great color but...I really love the color but after about three weeks I could see the few grays at the front of my hair peeking through. Covers my greysI think the color is good and it covers my grey hair completely, the only reason why i will not give 5 stars is because i don't like the shampoo or conditioner. I don't think its of good quality. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling rough. BEWARE: Damaged HairI tried the highlights and it damaged my hair but was told that I could not receive a refund because product was sent to me to fix the highlights and it actually took most of my hair out and the highlights didn't even go away. Totally disappointed and very upset that I have to go around each day with clumps of hair missing and unwanted highlights and no money back nor compensation for my damaged hair. I contacted eSalon and explained in detail what happened and that I could send pics but the only thing offered and sent was a moisture mask which I refuse to even open the box. Custom ColorI love the color but for some reason when switching back from medium brown to dark brown my roots did not take (I have about 4-5 inches of medium brown then the rest of my hair is dark brown). Beautiful color - EXCELLENT customer serviceI started using ESalon after moving to Los Angeles and having "sticker shock" over the price of services. My stylist (who only cuts, not colors) asked who was coloring my hair because the color was beautiful! I let her know it was from eSalon and she said I should "definitely keep using it". She's a well-known and respected stylist here in LA so that's a HUGE compliment! The customer service is excellent! Great match!The color that was created for me was a perfect match. It did not leave my hair dry afterwards and it had a nice shine. I have some stubborn gray on my hair line from my temple to my ear and it was covered. I colored my hair a week ago so time will tell.
