ColorGray is covered well, but the color on the gray lightens up really quickly and ends up being about a shade lighter then what's pictured. The parts of my hair that were colored (highlights & lowlights) in the salon stay pretty close to the color represented in eSalon's picture of 'dark blond.' Blends PerfectlyThis is my third time ordering my custom color. The first two times I colored my whole head, but this time was just roots. My golden red tones tend to fade faster than other colors so I was slightly worried that my roots would come out darker than my ends, but that wasn't the case at all!
