YES!I’ve been going to the salon for years. This time around I just did not have the time to spend 3 hours there, so I went with eSalon. So pleased with the results. I’ve had tons of compliments. I did the all over color and then lightener kit. Everyone is stunned when I tell them I did the highlights myself. I loved that the highlights were not bleach blonde and went with my hair color to a sun kissed caramel tone. Darkest BrownAbsolutely delighted with the colour provided. I was worried the colour would be too dark but it came out rich, bright, shiny and luxurious. The product arrived beautifully packaged. I love the personal touches. Easy directions. Great stain guard. The product itself has minimal odour. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rinse out. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality. The stain remover worked perfectly. My hair did not feel damaged or processed. My hair is low-porosity and very difficult to absorb colour. Still orangey and brassy sigh.Thank you for adjusting the color. I like it better and it covers gray better so far. The color on the roots is still a bit orangey and brassy however the color to the rest of the hair (length and ends) I like a lot. It looks like what I hoped a dark ash blonde would look like. Nice color, straw-like hairI liked the color and all of the tips that were available for me to apply the color correctly. In fact, your customer service is top-notch. What I didn't like was how frizzy and straw-like my hair felt after coloring. Since my hair is naturally curly and coarse, I need something that makes my hair feel more soft and conditioned after coloring. The color itself was just a tad light. It colored the gray roots, but didn't match the rest of my hair (This has happened before when using other hair color products.), so I still have roots, they're just light brown. The rest of my hair is darker which will mean that I'll have to apply a touch up product to camouflage the roots until I color again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
