Custom Color SetOn a positive note this comes packaged so wonderful! Very good directions that are easy to follow. The color is NOT great. This was my first purchase from this company. I specifically explained what my goal was for my hair. I wanted brown then add chunky highlights. I explained I get my hair done at salon and it comes out great for about a year then something happens and I end up with carrot red brassy looking color. I hate red/brassiness for hair color. Well, here I go again. The color still came out very brassy. I sent a note and picture and have not heard anything back. Sent a secondI liked the dye from esalon, however I did not lije the use of my debit card for another order sent 3 weeks later. I haven't yet received a reply. WrongI’m disappointed. I really had high hope. My roots didn’t turn out right. I did everything right coloring and I also selected everything right on here to get the right color and it turn my roots almost a dark reddish color instead of violet black. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Both bottles sent with your first shipment were meant to be used in the same application per your instructions. Bottle 1 was for your Roots as indicated, and Bottle 2 (Custom Ends Refresher) was for the previously dyed parts of your hair. Best home coloring product I’ve ever used!Truly. The headline says it all. It’s the best at home coloring product I’ve used. My stubborn grays have been so frustrating to dye where I got to the point that I was using store bought box color ever 2 weeks with still the color not holding. I finally decided to try eSalon & I can go a good 3 1/2 weeks without coloring, plus the color doesn’t fade & covers the gray SO well. The supplies provided in the shipment are extremely helpful & very personalized. You really feel like the company is invested in ensuring their customers have a great experience using their product.
