UndecidedWhile I love the quality and amount of color received, the color is way off what I expected to receive. After submitting a picture, and asking for assistance as well, I am very disappointed in how dark and blah the color is. I received a way bette color in a previous order years ago. ColorI think that leaving the color on for only 10 minutes was just not long enough. I feel that the color has lightened more quickly than I'm used to. I think I will leave it on 15 minutes next time and see if that makes a difference. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the colorFirst of all I hate to color my hair even at the salon. But I also like my hair dark and red which I am not so alas I have to go thru it regularly. That being said I was very happy about the process and the result of the esalon color. It was easy, it looks good and the price is right.
