First time customerI'm extremely pleased with how my hair turned out. The color was the perfect shade of brown, not to dark with other products I used in the past. First time dying my hair by myself*I was too nervous to try, and kept putting it off. Finally, my roots got too long and I opened the box. Everything was neatly packed and easy to read. I appreciated the sticker for the instructions, to stick to my mirror. Every step was straight forward, and I was probably a bit conservative on using the product on my roots, more on that later. My husband had to help me while I was trying to do the back of my head. All in all, application was easy enough. When I took the product into the shower, things got a little difficult. I found it very hard to breathe while doing the final steps. This is likely because my shower is glassed in, no curtain to let fumes out. I plan to try another shower next time. Once washed and dried, I couldn't believe how good my hair looked. I showed it off for the next couple days...until the grey patch reappeared. Right at the front of my head where I usually have my part, it seems the colour washed right out of the area.
