Color was way wrongMy color was way too dark. The bottle said light brown, but now all my gray is dark brown, and my natural is screaming with lots of red undertones. They included some ash in the light brown, as I specified that my hair is prone to red tones, but there was clearly not enough. Unfortunately, because all the salons are closed due to quarantine, I have to live with this color for a while until I dare to try to correct it. I had misgivings going into this given how everyone's level of experience with color is different, and this was exactly what I feared would happen. Thankfully, I don't have to go to work, but it's still quite upsetting. Best hair color I've ever had!!!Fast, easy, affordable... best hair color for me EVER! I can't ever remember my hair being this shiny!!! As long as there is e.Salon, I am never spending $145 for so-so, 3 hour hair appointments again!!! Presentation box was very well done, instructions easy....I can't say enough good things!
