I love everything about it!I don't have to stand in a store trying to figure out what color I want, nor do I have to go to a store to purchase it. It comes directly to me and I set the time line. They guarantee your satisfaction and I have absolutely no complaints. The color is long lasting and I had to change the delivery date because I thought I'd need it on the same time line as a store or salon purchase. Custom hair colorI have been using this for several years, 4 years now, and absolutely love the stuff. I only wish I could get someone to do it for me, so I could relax and enjoy the treat.. Love it!The color was right on for me! I have received lots of compliments on the color. The process was similar to what I have been using so it was easy for me. It costs more than the drug store brand but not nearly as much as a salon color job and is lasting longer than what I had been using.
