Great at home color; Frustrating customer serviceI actually am impressed with this brand and company. You get a wonderful box with customized color and developer made especially for you. You also get stain guard and removal, shampoo and conditioner. They give you 2 pairs of gloves as well. The color came out nice and I bought the tings rinse as well. I do wish and think it be great to offer free shipping to those who join the plan. My biggest and only real complaint is that customer service seems terrible. I called and asked to adjust my color and add a second bottle but checked my profile and see that what was discussed was not reflected properly to my account. Just okI have to say that it definitely covered my greys but it was way too dark so I had to color my head inside of just the roots. And I’m glad I did because it is now an almost brown black. I had highlights too but had to cover them. And when washing my hair it was so “dry” I know that’s odd to say but it felt like a helmet. left my hair dirty and stickyThe first time I used your color product my hair turned out terrific.. the second time, not so much. I don't know if the formula changed, but the second shipment I got was terrible. First, the bottle top was way too small to get the color out.. I had to squeeze like crazy and even then could barely get any out.. i needed to cut a new hole in the top to make it work properly. And, then when I was done, and I followed all the steps as directed, my hair came out feeling really dirty and greasy-- it was like the shampoo didn't work at all. Awesome!!I couldn’t believe this came so beautifully packaged! There’s everything you could possibly need in this box, including Shampoo and conditioner. The directions are easy and clear.
