I love the new shade, not a huge change-very subtle. Amazes me how from just a picture and few lines to the artist, they always get it right. It's always the perfect color. Love this product!

This was perfect! Don't know how you it, but my hair is a honey blond with lighter blond highlights. Easy to apply.

I have always used a store bought hair color and it was either to much red sometimes pinkish and washed out within 3 weeks n never fully covered the gray. I am a first time user here and received my kit today n colored it tonight and it's perfect I love the color, the softness and coverage. Thank you so much and looking forward to future coloring.

My first experience went well. I got the color and panic because it look so light and called and they e planned when mixed it would get darker and it's easier to go darker were kind patient and right. It was a great color and good service! Look forward to getting my next shipment. Tried color shampoo and conditioner and am happy with them also. Thanks to my expert Jennifer S. A great job. This is the perfect shade for me. The directions were pretty simple and easy to follow. The color turned out as good or if not better than the salon.
