Gray hairI tried the new formula I like the color but I still have Gray hair strands this could be due to washing it twice and I am confused on what you refer to as the roots and the ends so I put a little on the ends I want to put a clear gloss on it to help it not get so frizzy every time I get in humidity II notice you have a clear gloss but I believe it's cheaper in the store....still fighting the frizz and I would like to use the color all over 0 of 1 people found this review helpful. I asked for lighter, when done, my hair was almost black again.The first order I got was insanely red. I couldn't use it. You guys were happy to send a replacement package at no extra charge, which I appreciate, but the replacement was super dark. Roots faded too quickly and were too red.Color of length of hair was perfect. Roots were too red and worsened as the days passed. Two weeks after applying color, too much gray is showing at the roots. I'll still try it further as the color is pretty and my hair is in good condition, but the lack of match and the lack of staying power were dissapointing. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. eSalon is absolutely wonderful!I was paying $150 to get my hair cut and colored! Yikes! way too much and never was completely happy. eSalon has made the color of my dreams (younger days) and my husband has become my colorist! He is a great sport and I love the color of my hair now. Can't say enough good things about eSalon and how they have made me feel. I have never received so many complimentsI have never received so many compliments! In the past I have used only box color from the drugstore, however, since discovering this service I have been so happy!
