Color fadedI had such high hopes for this product. I chose medium brown and although the color was lovely in the beginning, it began to fade after the second shampoo, even though I used the color shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the kit. Didn’t like the productsColor continuously way darker than desired. Makes my hair feel horrible, dried out and snarly. Do Not LikeI do not like your product. I expected full coverage and a beautiful color. The color I received is very red and less superior to salon color. I have very fine and delicate hair and prefer to go back to my colorist at the salon. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

YES!!I wanted to save money getting my roots touched up at the salon. I tried using a couple of boxed root touch up kits, but they did not work. I came across eSalon. They had better reviews than a competitor. I did my roots this morning and no more grays! The kit came with everything you need. My colorist, Alyson is awesome!
