4 color changes to get what I wantedI love my color. It took 4 color changes to get what I wanted. Each time the esalon team made the changes. The color covers my grays and is a nice shade of chocolate brown. My hair is also very soft. That is something it hasn't been in years. I use some of there other products too. I'm ready to try the light set next. The only issue is my hair grows so fast and I dont really like using the camo spray. There is nothing wrong with the spray. It works very well. Only dyed it yesterdayMy hair is long & black there was enough dye which was amazing usually I have to buy 2 , loved the 2 pairs of gloves the brush the barrier cream and the wipe for removing dye , it’s too early to tell if the grey roots will appear after a week as my old dye never seemed to stick to the grey my hair feels good , I’m happy with the results I will review it in a week & get back to you if my roots are still good.... 2 weeks on my grey roots are showing the colour seems to have come off the grey rather disappointed the price would buy me 4 boxes of my original sorry loved everything that came but for me it hasn’t worked out 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Everything was great....except the colour.I loved everything about it and was so excited to give it a try....but it's so dark and there seems to be little to no red in it at all. A bit dissapointed but the customer service live chat was amazing and fixed the issue in a few minutes. I loved that there was enough dye for my long hair, packaging was nice and modern, loved that it could all be done online and the personalised service itself, I will definitely be ordering again due to this. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color, easy to useLoved the color- was a bit hesitant because my first order with highlights was a bit brassy. Way too dark!My color kit came with two formulas, one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. My root area turned out black, when it was suppose to be a chocolate brown color.
